Our production program includes castings made of gray, ductile, and special cast iron. Choose from our range of standard quality cast iron as well as heat-treated and high-alloy cast ironaccording to your individual requirements.

Gray cast iron

Cast iron with lamellar graphite (GG or GJL) is intended for machine parts for machine tools, glass machines, hydraulic and vacuum equipment, textile machines, and compressors. Materials according to EN 1561, non-alloyed and low-alloyed.

Ductile iron

Ductile iron with spheroidal graphite (GGG or GJS) is used for high-strength, dynamically stressed, and demanding castings. It is also suitable for safety components in various types of machinery. Materials according to EN 1563, EN 13 835 for austenitic ductile iron.

Production
program

We cast castings from standard quality cast iron as well as heat-treated ADI and high-alloy SiMo, Ni-Resist, Ni-Hard cast iron according to individual requirements. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

We provide heat treatment of castings,
surface finishing, and complete machining according to 
the customer's drawings.

Heat treatment

Surface finishing

  • Basecoating (standard red-brown RAL 3009)
